the artists...
Pierre Yves Clouin has produced 25 short videos since 1995. His work has been broadcast on ARTE; exhibited at the Philadelphia Museum of American Art, Bonner Kunstverein, Bauhaus Dessau Foundation, Hérouville Centre d'Art Contemporain, British Film Institute, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound, Oxford Museum of Modern Art, Dublin Arthouse, Chicago Filmmakers; and in festivals worldwide: Videonale, Vidéoformes, Hamburg Kurzfilmtage, Outfest, Impakt, Pandaemonium, Split, San Francisco International Film Festival, Ars Electronica, Cork Film Festival, and Sundance Film Festival.
Clouin's videos are distributed by Lux, London; PictureThis!, Los Angeles; and Heure Exquise!, France.

Steve Reinke is an artist and writer best known for his work in video, including the series "The Hundred Videos." Currently he is Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He has co-edited "Lux: A Decade of Artists' Film and Video," published by YYZ/Pleasure Dome (Toronto).

Torsten Zenas Burns was born in 1968. In 1990 he received his B.F.A. in video at the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. In 1993 he received an M.F.A. in New-Genres from the San Francisco Art Institute. He has created video, photo, text, net and installation projects exploring "energistic fictions." The pieces investigate speculative narratives including: fictional medicial practices, alternative communication potentials, experimental space programs and improvisational gesture. Other projects include active collaborations with Anthony Discenza under the name "Halflifers," Christian Burns, Darrin Martin, Jenn And Kevin McCoy, Mike O'Malley and Virocode. He has had work shown at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City; the EMAF and Transmediale festivals in Germany; the Impakt Festival in the Netherlands; the Melbourne International Film Festival in Australia; the 8th Biennial of Moving Images in Geneva, Switzerland; and most recently showed his new video installation "GALATICA" at the Jenn Joy Gallery in San Francisco.
Burns' video work is distributed by the Video Data Bank In Chicago, Illinois, and the Lux Centre in London, England.

Joe Sola is a Los Angeles based artist whose work has been screened in festivals and exhibitions around the world. His most recent work was included in the the Mexican/American Border Exhibition, InSite San Diego, as well as this year's Havanna Biennial in Cuba.
